Hi, I bought your "Eve Door & Window (Matter)" sensor.After downloading your app on my Iphone 12 Pro Max I can't continue configuring the device as it says "iCloud data synchronization is in progress. try again later".
I contacted Apple tech support and they made me sync everything pending to my Iphone Icloud, restarted my phone, re-downloaded the EVE app and still have this problem. How can I fix?
