I have 4 radiators and each is fitted with an Eve Thermo and all have been fine. We have had lots of work done in the house during lockdown and 1 radiator valve became disconnected from the iPhone software. To reconnect it required the QR code to be scanned. Luckily this was on the only instructions leaflet I could find - I think the other three boxes and contents have been destroyed in the house alterations. Where on an Eve Thermo can I find a QR code if I need to do this again please?
