Hello Karl! The Apple TV 4K (1. generation) can't act as a Thread Border Router, the 2nd or 3rd would. But in the same room it will connect using Bluetooth with the Eve Energy so you don't miss functions. Automations will work and so will remote access. Best regards, Volker
