Hello Liam!Please try the following step-by-step:
1.Connect Eve Room with the supplied cable and a suitable power supply like that of the iPhone or iPad and plug it into the power outlet.
2.Wait 10 minutes.
3.Press the reset button (several short presses) on the back of the Eve Room with an open paper clip.
4.Now let the Eve Room charge for a few hours.
