International Sales Manager (m/f/d)

 

 

We’re looking for an experienced

International Sales Manager (m/f/d)

to drive growth, build key partnerships, and lead strategic initiatives across Europe and beyond. & IoT.

Your Role

  • Manage Key Accounts and own sales & revenue for your region. 
  • Identify & develop B2C, DIY, and B2B partnerships across diverse markets. 
  • Conduct market research & analysis to uncover new opportunities and trends.
  • Develop customized market entry strategies for different regions. 
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners and clients, ensuring long-term collaboration.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on product positioning, pricing, and marketing strategies.
  • Represent the company at key international trade fairs, roadshows, and events. 
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure successful implementation of agreements.

 

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years in International Sales & Key Account Management. 
  • Proven ability to independently drive growth in diverse regions. 
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics in B2C and Connected Home segments. 
  • Experience in conducting market research and competitive analysis. 
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. 
  • Fluency in English & German (other languages are a plus!). 
  • Strong strategic thinking and leadership abilities.
